LuAnn Carlson brings over 20 years business experience combined between consulting and retained executive search. Her clients have spanned multiple industries, including consumer products, technology, telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, construction, and non-profits. Previously, she spent 6 years with Deloitte & Touche as a CPA, providing audit and consulting services. LuAnn has served on multiple Boards locally, and is a graduate of Leadership Tomorrow, Puget Soundıs Civic Leadership Development Program. She is a frequent speaker on topics of recruitment strategies, interviewing and selection techniques, and leadership development.
Craig Macdonald has 25 years experience in consulting and retained executive search, helping business leaders make the right decisions when selecting crucial members of their management teams. He holds a Masters degree in Communications/Journalism from the University of Iowa and an undergraduate degree in Creative Writing /English from the University of Puget Sound. His corporate experience includes seven years as a Director of Human Resources for Weyerhaeuser Company and seven years as an HR consultant to business in the areas of selection, retention strategies, legal compliance in the hiring process, HR policy development and succession planning.
Jim Sweeney, a graduate of Seattle University, has more than 25 years of experience in executive level management. He has held positions as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of a Seattle-based international distribution company; as well as Vice President of an international import company with distribution to over 3,000 retail outlets nationwide. In his varied executive management positions, Jim gained valuable experience in process improvement, strategic planning, labor relations, human resources, and operations management. As a founder and current managing partner, he has consulted to hundreds of organizations and used his skills to assist these organizations as they move forward.
